I have a car which is written off as this was in an accident. It is parked round at my garage. Some vandal has now slashed the 2 front tyres and also done 20 others cars. He has been caught now and the police asked me to fill out a compensation form to claim the money back. Regarding the previous accident to my car, the at fault drivers insurance company offered to give my a good deal to scrap my car. Can i still claim compensation for criminal damage on a car that is going to be scrapped. I mean will i get in trouble for this? Im really confused. Hope you can help. thanks
