Well I've just started cricketing yesterday, and I can't quite get my legs off the ground all the time. I can get them up when I hop up and I can keep them there for a split second or two. The problem is, after I'm done cricketing, I feel a sharp pain the my right side ribs, and it hurts a lot if I touch them. Today morning, I woke up and my ribs really hurt to the point in which when I laugh, cough, and sneeze hurts a lot. How is this? I'm right handed and I'm jabbing the bottom right corner of my stomach, obliques, to be exact, and my ribs feel the real pain? Thanks in advance.
