So i ordered a Samsung messenger Touch from the cricket website on sunday the 30. I paid extra for the 24 hour delivery or next day delivery so i figured it would be hear monday sometime. so when it became 9PM on monday i called and said sence cricket dose not run on sundays it takes an extra day and will be hear Tuesday (today) and to call back the 1800 number so i can get the FED Ex tracking number. So i just got home and still nothing from fed ex i called the cricket 1800 number and asked for the tracking number but the lady told me there still wasent one avaliable meaing it still hasen't left the Cricket headcortes where ever that is so it wont be hear intell wenday so what happend to the 24 hour delivery i paid extra for?? now its turnig into a 72 hour thing?
SO what im asking is how many of you have orderd off of cricket wireless.com?
How reliable is it?
Did it take longer than 24 hours for thoes of you who got the 24 hour delivery
And btw it alredy charged my credit card meaing they alredy took out the 200$$!!!!
So what shoud i do because i wanna get mad and yell at the cricket ppl and ask for somekind of discout because of the inconbinece of me paying extra$$ for the 24 thing but welll obiosly that money is out the door so what should i do?
