Cricket Unlimited 411 Issue--Doesn't work.

I have a Sprint Mogul flashed to Cricket and I'm in Denver. I upgraded my calling plan to the $50 plan, which includes Unlimited 411. l finally managed to update my phone using OTA and now have a roaming, EVDO prl. However, when I try dialing 411, I get a message saying I don't have enough money to make the call. Is there a setting in WinMobile that neeRAB to be set to allow the 411 calls without paying from the flex bucket?
 
:^/ I've never used the 411, and so cannot say from experience, but shouldn't this be a setting at Cricket's end? In your situation I'd talk to them first.
 
Called several times and they say my account is set up for it. But they go on with their classic reply, "we do not guarantee any or all features will work with a flashed phone." lol. Their way of saying, we're too lazy to do anything for you.
 
well ive that problem with people and there 3-Way calling, and in fact i myself on my personal line i cant 3 way either....even tho i have the $50.00 plan that comes with it.
 
Just tried 3-way calling and after several tries pushing the talk button and still hearing the first caller, I got it to work--I had a 3-way call with my voicemail and cricket customer service recordings. lol

Dial first nuraber and when you connect, press the talk button and the screen will say "in call" (you will still hear the current conversation), then dial the second nuraber and press talk again, you will connect to second call, press talk one more time and you will have both parties on the line.
