Cricket & texting/pixing other providers

Ok thanks
My friend has a Tmobile SK3..we send text all the time & some pix
So, it will send to her?
I tried Cellular South & they said you cannot send a pic to any other service provider.
I thought i had read on their website that you can send to any email address.. :bulging:

the only major provider that i know of that doesn't exchange mms with cricket is sprint. I have been told that cricket and sprint are close to working something out on this. text should work with everyone.

My friend has cricket and I have t-mobile

I have a Nokia 6133 and i can receive Photo messages from her but when I send her photo messages she does not

however my other friend who has a t-mobile MDA can send and reeive photo messages with her no problem

any ideas why she does not get pic's i send her?

can you send to other carriers besides t-mobile? check your picture resolutions. some carriers will not transport pictures above a certain size, and it won't give you an error, just reject it at the gateway. cricket does not do this (supposedly). to my knowledge verizon was the only one doing this, but it is possible t-mobile does too. like you said, one t-mobile works fine both ways, the other only works one way. i'd focus on trying to figure out what the difference is between you those two specific cases.

Ok I have been able to send to other providers
If i send her a photo by e-mail she gets it (phonenuraber@mms.mycricket.com)
If i send her a photo to her e-mail from my phone she does not (phonenuraber@mms.mycricket.com)

i have tried different files sizes and still nothing
she has a Kyocera Candid

yes I have send it by phone nuraber, that was the first thing i tried, and she got nothing

so then I tried to send it by e-mail from my phone but still nothing

yea i have tha same problem....i can send pix/mp3/video to my friend on tmobile.. but he always asks me if i got those pix he sent and im like...nope...so for sum weird reason..... i can sent to tmobile but tmobile cant said mms's back.....

email or talk to simple3, he says you can do it, because he has done so. I tried to tell him that it doesnt work. but he must know something about it. Since he can do it.

I have both t-mobile and cricket. I can confirm that MMS and Text can both be sent between the two. Additionally focalblur is able to do it with one t-mobile nuraber, but unable to do it with a second. there is something else preventing you from messaging with the specific t-mobile account or phone you are sending it to.
