Cricket Slider Remix: Activating MMS & BREW

OK, this is the story.

I recently ordered a Kyocera KX5 straight from the company and I have been trying to get the picture messaging and the BREW working. The phone works fine, I can call and use normal text on the Cricket server just fine, but I cannot connect to the internet and I didn't even have an option to send a picture message.

But, after reading around these forums for a while, I used my sister's KX5, which is also Cricket and its picture messaging and Cricket Clicks work fine. I hooked her phone up to PST and compared the BREW, MMS, Browser, NAM 1 & NAM 2 and made the changes to match with my phone. The MMS now shows up and I can attempt to connect, but I still get an error. Any Help?

PS: I really dont want to go to a Cricket Sales Representative and ask them, I just would like to handle it myself.
 
have you called cricket to make sure the features are loaded on the account? also if the software on your phone is not cricket version, it probably won't work.
 
No, it's definitely a Cricket model, it says so under Phone Info. And yes, I have the same plan as my sister, which is the plan with everything.
 
did you have a different phone without mms before? if so then you might need someone at cricket to add the feature code to your account.
 
You have to call cricket. No anRAB ifs or buts. Also you will have to do the repgoramm star 228 or something after the call is done. Should work tho. Its normal (in most cases) for the mms to be turned off in a brand new phone.
 
Help?!!?! I have read through the posts and have tried to follow all instructions but my kx5 is still not fully functional. I ordered the slider from the web and had the esn changed on the account. I called cust. service and made sure all features were programmed and then they had me #228. Pic messg and web still not working. I went into a store to have them check the programming in front of me and the agent said they were both on the account. Anyone have anymore suggestions on what I can do?

Please, Please, Help!?! :eek:
