I don't think so, but I don't have a definitive answer. I've thought it'd be cool to add a ringback tone for a while... maybe someone has a definite answer, but I'm pretty sure that it's not possible.

Currently no. But there is talks about getting this feature addeRAB sometime in the near future. Though i would much rather have EVDO first before i get ringback tones.
