I've attempted several times to top my account by dialing *729 or *611 or any other number I've looked up, in effort to resolve this issue, but an automated message saying "We're sorry, the number you have dialed is not valid, please check the number and try your call again." comes up every time. I dialed 729 without * and it directed me to Altell- shortly after, my call was dropped and when I attempted to call back, it went straight to the automated message.
Has anyone had this issue? Does anyone know how to resolve it?
