Two days ago I purchased service in a corporate Cricket store (10/15). I purchased two lines of service, both on the $35 plan. I looked at the "My Account" widget on my phone, and it says the balance is $144, however I'm only supposed to pay the $69 a month like usual by the 14th of Noveraber, and the bill says that. (AMOUNT DUE BY 11/14: $69.10) Since I made the first month's payment two days ago, I was charged the $3 for making a payment in store, that's fine. But why does it say "Start Service Prorate- $35" then underneath that it says "All in $35 Plan- $35?) for both phones? Why is my balance showing $144, yet I'm only supposed to pay my regular bill amount? What's going on?
