Cricket Customer Service Down? No Hold

I've been trying to call cricket to do an ESN change for 2 days now. I don't want to do it in the store because I will have to pay $15 cash instead of getting it added to my next bill.

My point is this:
I call 611, enter my info, press 3 for Tech Support and 4 for Other, and I get this auditory message from the computer voice:

All representatives are currently busy assisting other customers. Our automated system is designed to answer your questions. Please choose the menu option that best fits your neeRAB.

No matter what choices I pick when it tries to connect me to a Customer Rep, it says the same thing again. IT DOESN'T EVEN TRY TO PUT ME ON HOLD!!! Is their system down or something????
 
I went through the cycle over 20 times in one call and still didn't get connected or even put on hold. Is anyone else having this problem?
 
They are just looping you, they do not want to talk to you this month. This helps cricket cut down and serivce calls from people that continually call over and over... You wont ever get through this month
 
How many times have you guys call so far this month? Cricket has it set up if you talk to a csr 3 times any call after you will not get a csr. It kepts repeating the menu because no supervisor is available to talk ur call. After the 3rd call they put you on a priority list for only supervisors to answer your call if their are no supervisiors available then it just kepts repeating the menu options. Atleast that what they told me awhile back. I personally believe they do that because they think u call them to much. What u have to do is what til sept to get thru or call a corp store they will help u. They explain the 3 call rule to me...
 
Well that's just beautiful. I'm going to use that to my advantage and try to get a store to do my ESN change for free. I don't even really call them that often, and it's always about ESN changes, lol.

its 15 dollars i mean its not like the end of the world.....
On the side not cricket wont do it for free because you cant get ahold of them over the phone.....

it sucks but thats life...
 
you get 7 calls in a rolling 35 day period.. once you go over that you'll have to wait until the first call rolls off, or go into a store for assistance
 
i called today and they had no hold music. just every 5-10 minutes someone would come on and say all reps are busy please wait. maybe you're getting the same thing. i thought i got disconnected a couple times.
 
the message will say all reps are busy please try back later and kick you back into the menu or disconnect the call.

there was problems with payments posting the last couple days so the reps are actually busy, that's a separate issue.
