Cricket Coustmer Service Unreachable

I've been trying to reach customer service through 611 for over a week now, and all I get is "All Customer Service agents are busy, our automated system is designed to answer your questions"

Has anyone been having this issue? :crying:

We get thru to them just fine down here. Maybe u've called so much they blocked you out for the month?

you are permitted 7 calls in a revolving 35 day period. if you need to talk to an agent that often go into a store and someone will help you.

That's funny cause, I've only called once to resolve a problem with my heaRABet. I'm trying to call though my mother's cell and she get the same message. :doh:

I'm in San Diego by the way.

Cricket Store replaced my phone a few times, after the first time, I couldn't get through.

I had this same problem for about an entire month. I tried from other phones, and from my cell and could NEVER reach a person. I had to goto the cricket store to get my problems resolved. After a few more weeks I was able to contact them again. I have heard that cricket is having problems with one of their call centers in Louisiana, so some calls get rolled over to other centers and some do not...

Best advice, make frienRAB with your local rep...

cricket has call center in louisiana? I thought all the NA based call centers were moved to denver?

yepp my local rep knows me by first name and has my nuraber if there store having any probs....

I got a $40 courtesy credit from Leap Wireless after my filing a complaint with the BBB =)
