cricket captr bluetooth pin?

im trying to pair my phone with my friends phone throught bluetooth but it wont pair with anything and it never finds the devices. both of our bluetooths are on .. anywayss sometimes when her phone recognizes my i cant recognize her.... and they ask for a pin on hers and idk what is it soo whats the cricket capt bluetooth pin ???????? ????? or how to make it recognizee
