The Internet worked so fast that I was able to watch a 10 minute video on youtube at late night. Then it slowed down in the morning. I disconnected it and tried to connect again, I got the first message: Error 633: The modem (or other connecting device) is already in use or is not configured properly. When I restarted my laptop, This time i got Error 678: The remote computer did not respond. For further assistance, Click More Info or search Help and Support Center for this error number. And with that I can't connect to the internet. Please help me how to fix this so I can go on the internet and check my email. The internet hasn't worked of months and I keep getting Error 678!!!
