I've read that crickets need warmth as a breeding requirement and for egg incubation, but that crickets should never be exposed to direct light. Well, I have a "zoo med Repti Basking Spot Lamp". Will this heat lamp be beneficial for my tank or will it kill them? (I already know the right temperatures, etc. Just wondering about the lamp itself.)
