Cricket Billing System broken?

I just got a text saying that my bill is due, but according to the site I have a credit balance, is there billing system borked? I had a friend that was getting a similar msg yesterday but yet they also had a credit. Is this part of the new upgrade?
 
they were supposed to be fixing sms billing messages last week (because the timing and wording of messages has SUCKED the last few years), but i saw quite a few people came in with a message that they should not have gotten. all issues were isolated to a couple days and i think it should be fixed by now...
