Cricket and Motorola phone tools Cant access the internet

I have a cricket data plan and a cricket phone (Hint QA30) it is not flashed. I still cannot access the internet through Motorola Phone tools every other feature works I still dont know what to do to access the net???

Haven't used MPT but my understanding is that it's intended to help communicate between windows and your qa30 as a mass storage device. You may need to uninstall it if you are trying to connect your pc to the internet through the qa30. You'll also need to go to the motorola site to download drivers that will recognize the qa30 as a modem if that's what you're trying to do.
