i just turned 18 and my co-worker who happens to be a guy is creeping me out cause i think he likes me but his like 39! before i turned 18 he was always like when are you going to be 18 and asked if i wanna hang out sometime he just stares at me its really weird should i try and find a new job or just tell him his too old?
