When I signed up for cricket last month, they put me in the Austin market, but my verizon # was in the houston market. So that day I tried to port over my verizon # and cricket said they couldnt do it because they were different markets. I ended up speeking with someone via the 611# who closed my austin account, then created one for me in the houston market. She then had to send some form to the corp office so I would be credited 50$ that I just spent the day before. Well, I still cant get in touch with anyone via the 611# and I have called the local stores and they cant help me either. Im just trying to figure out what has happened with my credit? It hasnt shown up and my ballance is showing 120$ for next month, when it should only be like 60$. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know! Thank you all
