Hi there. I need some help. I'm from Malaysia. Just now, I received a message from a service provider number which is 36523. The message sounds like this, "RM8.00 Your MobileVIP Link to follow". I was shocked. I'm Celcom user, so I checked my credit balance at *124#. And I was really shocked that my credit balance deducted by RM 8.00 from RM9.18 . I didn't use any service from 36523. And I even don't know what service is it. I even go through Celcom's OCS (Online Customer Service) To check my usage and balance. When I check my usage, there is not written any usage with RM8.00. But the credit balance stated there is RM1.18 (RM8.00 deducted). I wanna try to ask somebody in the OCS, but there is no section where telling you can talk with the OCS. So, what should I do?
