If you owe a person money monhtly, and give him 3 checks each with a memorandum for each month and pay him those three checks at once and he accepts them and cashes the checks. should he expect and you that those months dues have been paid in full, or can he still collect more money from you knowing that he already collected the already agreed monthly dues.
