Help, I'm having problem with my PC recognizing once connect it to he computer. I have install and reinstall the program that comes with out the play plugged in. I have went to Control, system , hardware and then Device Manager and downloaded the driver from the CD it came with, it reads the Zen for about 10 secs before it no longer recognize it. How do i get it so it can recognize on my PC.
I have Windows xp, and have gone thru steps that are posted on creative website.
I have installed the program that comes with the player with out it the player being plugged in the PC during installation* sorry
