Creative Cooking or World Cuisine?

Im deciding whether i should take creative cooking or world cuisine next year (it cooking classes).
creative cooking prepares recipes such as utilizing chocolate, pastries, cake, fruit, pasta and dairy products.
world Cuisine prepares foods coming from countries throughout the world,

Which one would be more interesting and useful?
 
I love cooking and if I were to attend classes to learn more about it I think I would choose the World cuisine classes. I think it would be more interesting to learn about other cultures and make dishes from around the globe
