Creative Centrale sucks!!Any other media players that can work for my mp3player?

Okay, I have a creative zen and it's so hard to transfer videos into it. I use windows media, but it always shows an error sign and so does real player. Is there something wrong with my mp3. Also I've tried the software it came up with,but it won't open?please help I really want videos!!!!!!!!!!!!
