I am in the process of creating a website for the very first time. I am using Dreamweaver in school but will use KompoZer to create my actual website. My index.html (my homepage) has a different design than most websites. I only have one link on my homepage which is used to enter another web page that explains what the site is about and this other web page includes additional links.
Is this a good idea,will my site show up on engine searches despite having just a link and my motto on my homepage?
