I both know html & have Dreamweaver- and what I want to do is very simple- can I do it with either program? - I just want to have a bunch of images on a webpage that users can move around freely- sort of like paper dolls- just stack images on top of other image freely?
Also- in a 2nd question what if I wanted to make a deck of cards- where you could draw cards randomly as in a real deck- any ideas? help?
