How do you create a Tumblr theme without a HTML? I've read the docs on Tumblr however, they are no help, mainly because the world of HTML is really confusing to me 
I have done a bit of research and apparently, I can make one by using Photoshop or Dreamweaver. Problem is, how do I upload it?
I'd like to make a decorative theme with tabs with a drop down menu on each.
