Creak on hinge of 8910

There is a creak on my 4 day old Audiovox 8910. Is this normal for a flip phone or should I take it to be checked out. Being my first flip, I don't think it's supposed to happen, but the wonderful woman at the store I bought it from tried to convince me it is. I am not convinced, and am looking for some imput from you guys.
 
wasting ur time man.....people on this forum suck.....ive asked countless questions about the 8910, and nobody answers......i should have stayed with LG.......at least THEY ANSWERED on that forum.....welll neways......i had no creeking noises on my phone....get it chwcked....later
