crashed a car thats not mien?

me and a few friends where going to a rope swing in the middle of the woods and she wanted me to drive down the path. we took a turn and the throttle stuck open i missed one tree but hit another total-led the jeep. she knew i had no lisence. no isurance and she wants me to pay 2 grand to help pay her dad off. if i refused to pay could i win in court
