My 94' Ford Tempo recently broke down and I noticed that the crankshaft pulley is having an issue. The outer piece of the pulley turns, but the part that actually drives the belt doesn't spin. Everything else attached to the belt spins freely when turned by hand. What could cause this? Here are the links to some photos that might be helpful.
