I was changing oil on my 2005 C90 Boulevard. Started the bike with the oil filler cap off and the pressure blew the oil funnel out of the hole. Is it normal to have this much pressure in an oil cooled bike with a radiator? I figure it should have some pressure to circulate the oil through the rad but should it have that much? Has anyone ever experienced this?

Done it myself all over a recently washed bike, it sprayed all over the place.

My antique Harley has a rubber oil cap/ dipstick that just presses in. I can always tell when the crankcase breather is getting dirty, cause I'll fire it up and launch the darn oil dipstick about 30 feet.
