When I exercise I get serious cramps in my collar bone and ribs, always only on one side and it always happens while I'm jogging. I've tried stretching to prevent it but it doesn't help. Is it just because I'm fat and my body is like "holy i can't take this" or is there something I can do to prevent it? whenever I drink water during exercise it can make it worse too. I'm 18, female, 5'10" and 237 lbs.. i dunno if that matters.
