Are there any dangers or "threats" to getting my craigslist account verified by using my phone number? For instance, could a future employer somehow find out that my phone number is verified on craigslist then make a personal judgment towards me? Can anyone find out that my number is verified?

Also can someone "steal" my phone number and then spam me text messages or phone calls or such?
