so about a week ago i bought this car from this guy. anyways it was bad check engine light came on. now when i called back he said he wasnt going to give me my money back. so i figured whatever forget it someone else will buy it form me and ill just get a dif. car. so today this guy buys it from me and now wants me to either give him 300 dollars for a car he payed 900 for that i payed 1300 for. so i already lost money. but he drove away with it knowing that the check engine light was on. i knew about one problem and told him it, and now he wants me to pay him after his guy found it needs a new tranny when my scanning said that it just needed one sensor, now when he drove off knowing that the check engine light was on he knew it had problems, do i have to give him 300 dollars or his money back, and is he allowed to return it to me? do i have to accept since he could be bringing it back with more problems????? please help im in the state of ca. and im an 18 young women, who knows nothing about cars, and he took my word.
