Cradle on a 1994 Buick Lasabre?

I just bought a Old Buick lasabre For 200 Bucks .. The only thing wrong Is that The bottom of the car has rust from The front to back on both sides... and It caused the cradle mount on the right passanger side to Break off but its still Driving.. I dont want to drive it until I get this fixed though i am afraid its going to Fall off.. So what is the best way to go about fixed this part should I see if it can be welded back On or what ? And How much would you say it Costs
