With Namer and the unification of Egypt founding a nation state and starts the first dynasty.
When does Mesopotamian civilization begin?
Whenever Western scholarship wants it to, based on whatever they wish to indicate it; signs of agricutlure, pottery, writing, city building, animal domestication etc.
Yet none of these things for certain can be said to have first began in Mesopotamia.
Thus according to you people co-equal or even secondary "non-existent" nations of Mesopotamia is compared to a political nation state even though Kemet [Ancient Egypt] goes unrefuted as the worlds oldest nation state.
Nile valley civilization and Africa is the Cradle of Civilization not Mesopotamia. Get educated!
