My house was cleaned, and he knocked a cord out from the COX box. I put it back in but when I turned the t.v on days later the guide and the look was all different. It was set up really weird and I don't understand it. The guide looks REALLY UGLY. It's horrible looking. And I went to my On Demand and it looks crazy. I also can't find anything. It's not set up the way it was before. Will calling COX even help me?
