I was driving a coworkers car from work and hit a pot whole and it bent a peice of metal under the car, my coworker was in the car with me whn it happened and she asked me to drive because she was tired, can she sue me for damage to the car?
No, she could sue the county for not fixing the pothole perhaps, but you were driving because she was a danger on the road, so I doubt she could get away with sueing you.
