Covering up rust on chrome pipes?

Hi, I just bought a used bike and want to fix it up a bit. Theres some bands of rust on the chrome exhaust from some metal strips to secure the pipes to the bike. Is there any type of metallic chrome tape or perhaps actual chrome metal clip on bands to cover these spots up? any brands youd like to suggest? thanks
