I put streaks in my hair using Fuchsia Flash Color Rays a few weeks ago. They have faded quite a bit and I have a few inches of root showing. I don't want to keep using them and was hoping that they would just wash out, but they don't seem to be continuing to fade. I tried to cover them up using Clairol Natural Instincts Semi-Permanent Dye in a color close to my own (Number 20). This didn't seem to work as I can still clearly see pink in my hair even before I dry it.
How long will Color Rays last in my hair and is there anything that I can do cover them up without using a permanent dye (since I don't want to have keep using the dye if its not the exact same shade as my hair)? These are starting to look really tacky with my roots showing so much so I just want them gone.
