Cover Wars No 2

I think that's the biggest load of crap I've read ina long while.
Saying homophobic characteristics have influenced her decision is nothing short of wrong. I believe Soft Cell was the pick bearing in mind that Marc Almond was a complete shirt lifter so what does Marilyn Manson have to do with it?

Anyway i'll have to say I like 'em all.

Gloria Jones. This is a clear cut case of the 1964 original being the best.
A rare Soul classic by the wife of Marc Bolan.

If it wasn't for the fact that an English Northern Soul DJ had'nt found a copy of Tainted Love lying on the floor of an American record warehouse and picking it up as an afterthought on his way out, then this tune may have been lost forever.
Before voting I urge people to listen to the original. :bringit:

I have to agree with right track. I thought I'd heard a lot of music, but I just downloaded 14-15 songs, from the Northern Soul genre, and Tainted Love is one of those songs. It has a raw energy and underlying desperation that is missing from the other versions.

Gloria Jones, hanRAB down.

BTW, right track, I can't thank you enough!!! This is good stuff! I am not familiar with the artists and titles yet, but after my first listen, I am very excited about this. Kudos!!

Because it is a cover of the song. I think your homophobic characteristics have started to influence your already horrible taste.

Good idea Urban but I don't know how to work mega upload :( someone tell me. P.S. why no Depeche Mode?
