...representation question? Just started a new job and can't take a day off to go to the summons. Also would rather not postpone the date. So Can I hire an attorney to go to court and plead guilty for me? I know it doesn't make financial sense since the ticket is a small amount but I really can't take off work. I can't mail in a guilty please because of the additional littering summons. So worst case scenario can an attorney show up for me in my place? Thanks
