option?Can I request it? a few months ago one of my friends was drunk and hanging out with another guy who was also drunk but i was sober, we were going down to my friends garage to hang out, but i was not walking with them because they were acting drunk and annoying i herd a lady yelling but when i looked back it looked like they were still walking, it was dark out and i couldn't really see that far back so i thought they were walking behind me, later on i was walking with them again and a cop stopped us and said a lady said we were breaking into a truck, i was even with them and i had no clue that they did that of if they did, as i said it was dark and it looked like they were still walking behind me from all the way up the street. they let us go, but later arrested the guy that was with my friend for a false name he gave and he had a warrent out for his arrest, but he got out a day later. well here a couple of days ago i got a paper saying i am to appear in court to face criminal charges, It is a paper to appear in court.It's supposed to have criminal complaint attatched to it but it never came with that.I just want to know how is the best way to go about being innocent.Can I request them to finger print me?If they can that would be good.Is there anything else?
