I was wondering if it would be possible to get a court order for a situation I have. I live in an apartment and I would like to be able to park in the shade. There are several empty visitor parking spaces that are shaded, but my assigned parking space is in the blazing hot sun. I asked if I could move to another parking space since there are always so many empty ones anyways and I was told to get a doctors note. But I think I might be better off getting a court order?
