court/judge question?

ok weird question.. u know the person sitting in the court room who types everything thats going on? what are they called? thats like a job right?

That person is the court reporter, or court stenographer. Yes its a job...and a pretty good paying one at that. There are schools that train for this career. You can't get a job as one without training from an accredited school.

The person is known as the court reporter. They sometimes work for the court and sometimes are self-employed, contracting with the court or the parties.
