2 Months ago I had a car accident but I didnt hit anything i just swerved and lost control and ended up in a ditch my car was the only car that was damaged. The Officer gave me a ticket for careless driving for 140 dollars and on the ticket there was a court date but he said it wasnt mandatory it was only if I wanted to go otherwise I could just pay the ticket.. so my father n law went to pay the ticket and they told him that I needed to be in court and Ive heard that I might have to take some classes? Im going to my dads in virginia next month and I dont want to have to be here for those classes when I am over there. Do you have to take classes or is it an option so you can lower the amont of the ticket? and what should i wear? casual clothes??? LOL HELPPPPP
