I purchased an AKC registered dog a year ago & have been fighting with the breeders that she is NOT a full bred Boxer which they insist is. I had her DNA tested through the AKC & it ends up that the parent dogs are not her parents and that her AKC papers have been revoked. I am trying to get my money back since she is NOT a full breed Boxer. The breeder is not giving me my money. I live in NY & I purchased the dog from a PA breeder. Do I have to take him to small claims court in PA or can I do it in NY? If I have to sue in PA do I have to go there to file the papers or is there a way online? I know for the case I would have to go there. Also, I paid $850 for this dog is there any way I can sue for additional money since I was totally scammed & basically stuck with a dog that wasn't what I thought she was?
