This is statement of guy (A). he says that he saw this guy(B) kiss his girl friend and he tried to punch him but not intentionally, just to scare him, and that guy's legs(B) got tangled up in the legs of the chair behind him and fell on his left cheek. that guy(B) is suing the other guy(A) for assault and to pay for medical treatment, cosmetic surgery, and rehab.
This is the statement of guy B. he said that the girlfriend wanted to break up with guy (A) and guy (B) likes her very much but guy (A) refuses to let her go. she is afraid that guy (A) will get violent. guy(A) has been arrested and sent to Juvenile Detention home for fighting two years ago. So Guy (B) walks up to guy (A)'s girlfriend and she whispered to him so guy (A) couldnt hear. Suddenly, guy (A) stood up with an angry face and swung at guy (B). guy (B) stepped back to avoid his first and his legs got tangled on the legs of the desk and he said that he felt guy (A)'s first glance off his right cheek which made him to lose his balance faster. He fell on his left cheek and his parents are suing guy (A).
