Ok so I am a freshman on the girls varsity high school soccer team, and I have Osgood-Schlatters. I am starting to get the bumps under my knees! How do I get the whole thing to go away so I can push my self to full extent?
Also we have been having 2adays and my thighs grow muscles really easily, I have stretch marks on the inside of my thighs, how do I get them to go away??
I am 14 and am going to be 15 in October, I am 5'7 and weigh 148lbs, what is the normal weight for athletic teenage girls at my age?? Thanks!!!!!!
I dont want to loose weight, I just want to know what weight I should be at and how to get rid of the stretch marks........
