So I am trying to put some songs onto my phone and when i plug it in, it says Installing device driver software, then a few seconds later it say it is now ready to use but it doesn't show it on my computer. When i look on my phone, it says connection failure please check your cable connection to the PC. How do I fix this?
Then I tried using a micro sd card. I formatted it on the computer and when i put it in the dare and go to memory > card memory, it says no card inserted when it is plugged in. After someone helps me with this, i need help what to do next. Does it create new folders and then i put it in the computer and just put in the songs? After that i put it in the phone again and how do i put the songs onto the phone from the sd card?
