Counting Calories but not losing weight anymore!?

I've been counting my calories for a month and a half, I'm trying to lose around 7 kilos, I'm meant to have 1400 calories a day, and every night I make sure I do exercise to get my calorie count back up to 1100, not including the calories that my body burns from general daily activities.
I was losing weight for a while, and I've lost about 2 and a half kilos, but now I'm just staying at the same weight.
Why aren't I losing anymore? Do I need to do more and more exercise the more weight I want to lose? I don't understand!
PS yes I am eating very healthy, I'm having full meals and I'm not snacking! For a while I did put on a kilo because my body was readjusting itself to my new eating habits but it's all settled down now.
